Manorath is a law graduate of the prestigious Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and is additionally a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate of the Calcutta University. He has worked under a renowned Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India and groomed himself into a litigation lawyer.

He specializes in Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Tax litigation, Structuring and Transaction advisory, Insolvency laws, Anti Money Laundering laws and regularly appears before various tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

He presently advises a US telecom Major, two leading ECommerce giants, and a British Multinational. He also writes articles on contemporary legal issues.
